With legislation changes (AS 1668 & AS 5601) for kitchen fan and gas valve control we have now added a range of controllers designed specifically for the Australian market from alfresco area’s to schools and large commercial kitchens.

Increased regulations has led AB Controls to introduce a range of specialised control modules for kitchen supply and exhaust fans above gas ranges, as well as required interlocks with electronic gas valves. These are available in stand alone enclosures and in DIN mount enclosures as well as OEM versions that can be built into range hoods and gas ranges especially for the Australian market.

The GV range of controllers include interlocks with fire systems, extraction systems, pressure proving and gas valves.

The ABC GV1 and ABC GV2 range hood to gas valve interlocks have proven to be popular with small installations while the range from GV3 - GV8 are specifically for larger installations such as schools and commercial kitchens.
