Indoor Ventilation Monitoring & Control
Indoor air quality (IAQ) is becoming more important and significant every year, AB Controls together with Senva have a range of sensors to assist with this, from monitoring carbon monoxide (CO) coming from gas or wood heaters to air quality in classrooms and large auditoriums.
The main product we monitor is still Carbon dioxide (CO2) to ensure quality breathable air however with COVID highlighting the need for lower contaminants building owners particularly schools are looking at monitoring other air components such as total volatile organic compounds (TVOC) which take in many gasses and smells and Particulate matter (PM) which is very small dust particles down as far as 2.5 microns this is known as (PM2.5). once you have decided what you wish to monitor you need to decide if you are simply going to provide an alarm to evacuate people or increase ventilation to provide clean air. Our sensors can help with both.
You can choose from our sensor range that monitor one of the above or all of them and more in one unit. We also have both Analogue output and BACnet connection sensors. if you wish to monitor several of the following in one unit please contact us for exact model number and price
