Toilet Fan Solutions

Damp and smell have always been a problem in toilets and bath rooms, to deal with this an extraction fan is used unfortunately we often forget to turn the fan on, also allowing the fan to run on an extra few minutes will help clear the air. On large apartment sites this is complicated with the site electrician responsible for apartment wiring with mechanical contractor being responsible for installing the fan and run on timer. A few years ago we came up with a solution that does it all in one easy to use control module. Over the years this has been developed to include a few different version each designed to make installation easier on your specific site. For instance our ABC FR3 A10 has a built in high sensitivity  current sensor to monitor when the lights have been turned on and a 10 min adjustable run on timer so the fan runs that bit longer after the lights have been turned off. If you have a drier on a separate circuit you can monitor the drier current with a C1200 and attach to the ABC FR3 A1A-R so the fan will also run when the drier is running, it also allow you to add a bypass switch.
