Reading currents over 200 Amp
If you need to monitor current over 200 Amps AC you can do so by using standard CT with one of our sensors, for instance to read a current up to 1000 Amp buy a 1000/5 CT, short the output terminals but mount one of our current sensors over the shorted out wire. you will then read the 1000 amps as a percentage of its 5 amp output for instance 500 amps = 2.5Amps in thre shorted cable.
